RITZ INTERACTIVE NAMED FOURTH FASTEST
GROWING TECHNOLOGY COMPANY BY DELOITTE & TOUCHE

IRVINE, Calif., Oct. 12, 2004 – E-commerce network Ritz Interactive, Inc. has been named Orange County’s fourth fastest growing technology company in Deloitte’s Technology Fast 50 Program. The Technology Fast 50 rankings from Deloitte & Touche LLP, one of the nation’s leading professional services firms, are based on the percentage of growth in fiscal year revenues over five years, from 1999-2003.
