RITZCAMERA.COM AND BOATERSWORLD.COM WIN 2004 “STANDARD OF EXCELLENCE” WEBAWARDS

IRVINE, Calif., Sept. 27, 2004 – Two flagship online shopping sites within the Ritz Interactive e-commerce network – RitzCamera.com and BoatersWorld.com – have received 2004 “Standard of Excellence” WebAwards from the Web Marketing Association. According to the Association, the Ritz Interactive sites were selected by a panel of independent Internet experts from a field of more than 1,300 entries, based on design, navigation, innovation, and usefulness to the target audience.

The award-winning qualities embodied by Ritz Interactive’s sites have not gone unnoticed by the growing number of cyber shoppers nationwide. Recently, Ritz Interactive was ranked number 61 on Internet Retailer magazine’s list of “Top 300” online retailers, based on 2003 sales. Additionally, Ritz Interactive was named one of the 50 fastest-growing technology companies in Orange County by the leading national professional services firm Deloitte & Touche.
