RITZ INTERACTIVE RANKED NUMBER 61 ON INTERNET RETAILER’S “TOP 300” LIST

IRVINE, Calif., July 26, 2004 – Ritz Interactive, the e-commerce network that includes RitzCamera.com, WolfCamera.com, BoatersWorld.com, OuterBanksOutfitters.com, ShopAtShark.com and other popular online shopping destinations, has been ranked number 61 on Internet Retailer’s list of 300 largest retail Web sites based on 2003 sales.

Internet Retailer’s rankings were recently published in the magazine’s comprehensive 152-page glossy directory, The Top 300 Guide, which ranks the Web’s highest retail revenue producers based on third party tracking information from ComScore Networks. The companies included in the Guide, including Ritz Interactive, account collectively for approximately 57 percent of all online transactions made in the U.S.

According to Ritz Interactive President and CEO Fred H. Lerner, it’s no fluke that his Web network has risen so high in the rankings. “From the very start, we have been committed to providing each and every consumer with a world-class online shopping experience,” said Lerner. “That means consistently delivering on our promises – all the way through the selection, purchasing and fulfillment processes. Sure we benefit from our well-known, trusted brands, but it’s the ease of use, savings, and superior service that keeps customers coming back to our sites,” Lerner added.

Founded in 1999, Ritz Interactive has steadily grown into one of the Web’s most powerful e-tailers through a combination of strong branding, effective marketing, smart business decisions and key acquisitions. The Irvine, California based company now includes a total of 19 e-commerce and content-oriented sites, offering a wide selection of “lifestyle” products, services and resources. Ritz Interactive’s flagship properties – RitzCamera.com and BoatersWorld.com – are giants in their respective fields, supplying online shoppers with virtually anything they might need in the way of photographic and boating/fishing equipment, respectively. In addition to convenience, unparalleled selection and low prices, Ritz Interactive’s Web sites also offer consumers the money-saving advantages of no sales tax and free shipping (for qualifying orders over $100).

Along with its leading photo- and marine-specialty sites, Ritz Interactive has recently expanded into the world of golf. The Web network now includes ShopAtShark.com – the official e-commerce site for pro golf legend Greg Norman’s extensive line of signature apparel and accessories.
